Description

In order to determine potential impacts resulting from building bulk and scale, we were engaged to prepare a visual impact assessment for a proposed multiple dwelling adjacent the headland at Trinity Beach. Our assessment included identification of mitigation measures that were adopted to reduce visual impacts.

The significant landscape features identified for this study area are the headlands of Buchan Point, Taylor Point, Earl Hill, and Yorkeys Point as well as Double Island/Haycock Island.
