Description

Council engaged us to undertake a peer review a proposed development, focussing on compatibility with local character, structure, and legibility.
The review considered the existing and emerging structure and character of the area and included advice on the design of the proposed development, with particular regard to building form, bulk and scale, appearance and design features, streetscape and activation, and interfaces with neighbouring land uses.
