Description
We prepared a visual impact assessment for a proposed hotel and residential development on approximately 20 hectares of land at Yaroomba.
We were subsequently engaged to provide expert evidence in relation to landscape and visual amenity issues in an appeal lodged by local community submitters. This evidence included the preparation of joint reports, statements and giving of evidence in the hearing. Evidence was supplemented by visualisations and LiDAR modelling.
